A non refundable application fee of 30.00 is due to OCDesignersource.com. Any applications that are sent without the fee will not be processed until received. This fee is used for review of your work and payment method is paid through paypal after submit button below. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Due to the large volume of artist submissions, we review your work online, through websites and e mail only. We ONLY accept digital submissions for review and will let you know when we are in the review process.

We need to see good quality images of your artwork. An online link to your website, blog or url link is preferred and more efficient, however...

If you have no online presence, please email us with no more than 5 images of your BEST work, sent as email attachments in JPEG format.

  • Attachments should not exceed 800KB total.
  • Images exceeding 800KB will not be reviewed.

Review typically requires a 3-5 working day turnaround period, during which we will contact the Artist with any questions; submitting artists are strongly discouraged from calling, as this will slow down your approval process.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any submissions or materials.
All visuals submitted must represent work that is original in design and owned by the artist. Recent work is preferred. No agents please.
In order to be considered you must send:

  • This completed Artist Submission Application
  • An application fee of $30 (non-refundable)
  • Digital Images of your work via website, blog, online link or email.

Submissions without this application, the application fee, or images too large or in other formats will not be considered.
Your work and application will be reviewed. Please provide 2 weeks for a return response.
If your application is approved, a creative consultant will contact you for the completion of the final contract, indemnification agreement, submission of your digital artwork along with a brief bio (200 words max). We will thoroughly review the contract with you.

Artists retain full copyrights of their work.

If you are accepted, there will be a one-time $120 start-up fee.

Completion of this application means you accept these terms.

You acknowledge that all the information is true and that you have read and understood all the information stated above. Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of the terms of this form. Submission of this form does not constitute a contract with the Artist for representation.

Email Artist Submissions Instructions:

  • Please provide 5 current, original images in JPEG format.
  • The acceptable file size is a maximum of 800KB.
  • Each image must be 600 pixels in width or height.
  • Each image must be ONLY a resolution (dpi) at 72 and the quality at 75-100%.
  • Attach your images within your email.
  • Include reference code in each email of: 003W1AM
  • Include your name, email and phone number in each email.
  • You must have concluded the Paypal application fee before sending your images via email. Images sent without the application fee will not be reviewed.
