Fees and Terms

Residential Hourly Contract Option:

• One-Hour complimentary consultation to assess project needs
• $150.00 per hour for team of designers
• 25% mark on wholesale costs of purchases plus tax and shipping
• Retainer Fee $2,500.00 applied towards work completed for client

Residential Flat Fee Option:

One-Hour complimentary consultation to assess project needs

Flat Design Fee Based on $6.00 per square foot for entire home

25% mark on wholesale costs of purchases plus tax and shipping

Retainer Fee $2,500.00 applied towards work completed for client

Commercial Hourly Contract Option:

• One-Hour complimentary consultation to assess project needs
• $200.00 per hour for team of designers
• 30% mark on wholesale costs of purchases plus tax and shipping
• Retainer Fee $5,000.00 applied towards work completed for client

Commercial Flat Fee Option:

• One-Hour complimentary consultation to assess project needs
• Flat Design Fee Based on $8.00 per square foot for entire business space
